How to get Support

There are currently three ways to contact our support team: Zendesk, Email or Phone.


Getting Support Through Zendesk

  1. Open a new support ticket by clicking the following: Create Support Ticket

  2. If you are a new user, you must create a Zendesk account. If you are an existing user, you will need to sign-in before creating a ticket.

  3. Add the subject and description to the ticket and add any attachments if necessary then press submit.

  4. Once the ticket is submitted, our Support Team will review the ticket and get back to you as soon as possible.

Getting Support By Email

Email: support@simflofy.zendesk.com

  • The subject of the email will be the subject of the ticket.
  • The body of the email will be the description of the ticket.
  • Any attachments sent will be included in the ticket as well
